Workers paid for evaluation of the capital of “Kristal” from Krusevac – the company is on auction on February, 6th, 2009

Twenty four employees in “Kristal” company from Krusevac, participated from their salaries with 400.000 dinars to pay financing of capital evaluation of this company, in order to get the right on auction sale which would remove bankruptcy as the option. The evaluation was made, after which Agency for privatization announced auction sale for February, 6th, 2009.

“Kristal” is involved with processing and trade of glass, but already for years it is active with losses. As it has attractive location in the city, with construction area of 1.117 square meters, 865 square meters being under the object, it made a leasing contract with “Nikos” company for trade and distribution of the press.

In this way, the workers were having some kind of incomes. Starting price of “Kristal” is 7.898.000 dinars, and minimum investment should be 1.419.000 dinars. For participation at the auction, it is necessary to give 3.949.000 dinars.
