"European Holding Invest" interested in "Savremeni dom"

Investment fund, "European Holding Invest" confirmed that it was interested in purchase of wooden industrial company, "Savremeni dom", as it was stated by the manager, Bratislav Arandjelovic.

Auction for this wooden industrial company will be held on February, 20th, and all interested parties can apply by February, 12th, as it was earlier announced.

Estimated value of 70% of the capital being privatized is 544,319 million dinars, and deposit for participation is 65,318 million dinars, while the starting price is 130,636 million dinars.

Published data about the company show that it has 65,588 million dinars of profit in 2006, and around 173 million of expenses, while in 2007 it made 75,763 million dinars and 147,451 million dinars of spendings.

"European Holding Invest" earlier announced that it was ready to invest 200 million euros in construction of production, commercial and residential objects on the land owned by this company, and that it would hire 3.000 workers.
