Genex needs partner for construction of office space-hotel on location of tennis hall near Intercontinental hotel

Next to "Intercontinental" hotel in Novi Beograd, there is tennis hall that will be relocated. "Genex" plans to have office space built on that location in Block 20 - 40-storey tower on 30,000 square meters. This job will be completed by some new private company, whereas "Genex" will be minority stockholder that holds property over idea and the land. Purpose of that office space has not been defined yet. The best solution would be hotel, "Marriott" or "Four seasons".
