French company "Ipsos" took over 60% of Serbian "Strategic marketing"

French company for market research, "Ipsos" took over 60% of Serbian company, "Strategic marketing", it was announced.
According to this announcement from "Strategic marketing", the contract stands for all research agencies within "Strategic Puls group" which cover the markets of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania.
"Strategic marketing" will be doing its activities in Serbia under the name "Ipsos Strategic marketing", and the Chairman of the regional company "Ipsos Startegic Puls" will be up-to-date C.E.O. of "Strategic marketing", Srdjan Bogosavljevic, and "Puls" company's C.E.O., Srdjan Dumicic.
"Ipsos" is one the largest companies in the world for marketing research, media and public opinion research, with an income of almost 1 billion euros and with activities in 55 countries.
After strategic merging with "Strategic Puls" group, the number of countries with their presence will be increased to 62.
- Integration of "Strategic Puls group" in "Ipsos" will provide to the clients, active in this region, use of large number of sophisticated research models by which "Ipsos" is famous for - especially in the area of advertising research, brand management and consumers' satisfaction, it was stated in the announcement.
According to given data, "Strategic Puls group" has 144 employees.
"Strategic Puls" is made of members of "Strategic" in Belgrade, Skopje, Podgorica, Pristina, and "Puls" members in Split, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Ljubljana and "Strategic Puls" in Tirana.
