"Galeb-group" has increased its production in comparison to 2007 - export profit 5,6 million euros

"Galeb-group" has increased in 2008 its production by 31% in comparison to 2007, and it will make a profit of around 35 million euros.

Upgoing trend has been specially noticed in the exporting sector from which "Galeb-group" will make a profit of more than 5,6 million euros. The President of this group, Radovan Veselinovic stated that the most significant growth of production (45%) and of the export had a daughter-company "Sigma" from Subotica, which delivered sygnalization equipment for railways of Macedonia, Montenegro, BiH, and Croatia.

- Products of metal packages have also been placed abroad. With our new modern equipment which we've introduced in Sabac this year, we plan to keep increasing the production and to make a total export of 2009 between 12 and 15 million eurs, said Veselinovic.

He pointed out that "Galeb-group" should already on December, 24th, buy a factory from Vranje, "Zavarivac", as it was the only bidder at the auction. It is a matter of a company producing metal and steel constructions with 500 workers, and with good business politics it should have a future in Serbia.
