"Yumco" sells property in Belgrade and Zagreb

Textile company "Yumco" from Vranje announced sale of 18 stores in Serbia, as well as sale of certain storage space. It offers 3 retail facilities in Belgrade for sale, whereas office space in Zagreb, which is also for sale, occupies 712 square meters. Also, it sells three factory units in Bosilegrad and Radovnica. The buyers of certain number of stores have to take over all employees. The condition is the same for takeover of textile factory "Kobos" in Bosilegrad and the unit in Radovnica.
