State sells its stake in Sunce edible oil plant for EUR 1.2 million – Pancevo’s Komak-Pan to take over Sombor company

The purchaser of Sunce’s shares from the portfolio of the state of Serbia, as expected, is the Pancevo-based company Komak-Pan, SOinfo reports.
Komak-Pan paid RSD 4,580 per share to the state. The transaction (31,336 shares) therefore amounted to RSD 143,656,280, or EUR 1.214 million.
With this purchase, Komak-Pan increased its share in Sunce Sombor to over 91.2%, therefore enabling the organization of a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares.
Following the completion of the transaction with the state, the company announced that the price offered amounted to RSD 3,717.02 and that the package of shares was bought at the price of RSD 4,580 from the Equity Fund and that they oblige to pay the price difference of RSD 862.98 per share within seven days to all the shareholders who have accepted the offer, says the press release published on the Belgrade Stock Exchange webpage.
