Concession for construction of Horgos-Pozega highway has been broken off

Concessionary for construction of Horgos-Pozega highway, „Sevet-jug Autoput“ company announced on December, 16th, 2008 that it had broken off contract for construction of this highway.

In the statement stands that the concessionary decided to initiate mediation, that is, the procedure for legal resolution of disputes with the Goverment of Serbia, as the

Government hadn’t proposed ’adequate solution for both sides’.

- In case, the process of mediation, which lasts for 60 days, does not end successfully, the Contract will be questioned according to court regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, in the beginning of 2009, it is added in the statement.

Company for concession „Sever-Jug Autoput“ was founded by concessionaries „Alpine“ and „Porr“.
