Hypo Leasing obtained 50m EUR from EIB to finance small and mid-sized enterprises

Leasing company "Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing" announced today (December 11, 2008) that it would obtain 50m EUR from the European Investment Bank to finance small and mid-sized enterprises.

As the people from company "Hipo Alpe-Adria-Leasing" explained to Beta agency, the contract was signed today, but the crediting terms have not been determined yet.

The funds are intended for small and mid-sized enterprises, that is, for their projects in the domain of environment protection, infrastructure development, development of economy based on know-how, rational energy consumption, health care and education development.

- Cooperation between European Investment Bank and company "Hypo Leasing" is very significant and it comes at the right moment because its aim is to stimulate sustainable development of local economy - it is written in the statement.
