In only a few years, the center of Belgrade will get a whole new look, and one of the vanguards of these changes is certainly the office-residential complex Skyline in the Kneza Milosa Street.

The complex will revolve around three towers, the middle one of which is meant for office space, whereas the other two are to be residential. The plan envisages 34,000 m2 of residential space, 4,000 m2 of retail space, whereas office space will amount to a total of 30,000 square meters. Furthermore, Skyline will also feature an underground garage with around 900 spaces, a wellness and spa center, a gym, a Wi-Fi zone, the Tri Kljuca park and many other features.

In order for all this to become reality, the activities at the construction site in the Kneza Milosa Street have been stepped up, and CBS International, a part of Cushman & Wakefield group, has already started selling apartments.

According to their announcements, the first residential tower, with the complete underground section, should be completed by the end of 2020. It will have around 170 residential units, and the spa and wellness center, as well as the Tri Kljuca park, will be completed along with it. After the first phase of the construction, the second one is to start, although it hasn't yet been decided what will be built first, the residential or the office tower, because, as they say, there's great interest in both residential and office space.

eKapija's team has visited the sales office of the residential-office complex Skyline, in close proximity to the construction site itself, where we were presented with a test apartment, and representatives of CBS International pointed out for our portal that they have already sold nearly 30% of residential units in the first tower.

With the help of a Virtual Reality app, we took a “tour” through the apartments in this complex. Thanks to this app, future purchasers can be introduced to the comfort and the aesthetics of their future apartments even before the facility is built. Furthermore, all future visitors will be able to get to know Skyline Belgrade through a video tour of the complex at the movie theater which is part of the sales office.

CBS emphasizes that, in addition to a comfortable home, all other features of the Skyline complex will also be available to future purchasers at arm's length. They highlight the spa and gym zone, which will feature the biggest indoor private pool in Belgrade, 25 meters long, and there will also be a pool for children, as well as a gym.

In their efforts to contribute to making the neighborhood more beautiful and modern, they will also develop the Tri Kljuca park as part of the Skyline complex, near Gazela, in the extension of the Skyline plaza.

Let us remind that the investor of the Skyline complex is the Israeli company AFI Europe, which has been present in the Serbian market since 2005 and which stands behind the projects Airport City Belgrade and Central Garden.
