The Privatization Agency has put the Economic Institute from Belgrade in charge of the provision of consulting services in the privatization procedure of public company "Porečje" from Vučje.

The tender for sale of 69.9% of capital of company for agricultural production and processing "Porečje" in Vučje was announced on November 14th, and the company consists of 99.86% of public capital and 0.14% of other capital.

The company owns one of the largest cold storage plants in Serbia, with the capacity of 4,000 tons, as well as land at 31.93 ha. It also uses state-owned land at 458.8 ha.
