Privatization Agency has announced today (December 4, 2008) that the consortium that was the only bidder on the tender for sale of Temerin-based Factory of Bearings and Universal Joints (FKL) got additional time to supplement its documentation.
The consortium, which consists of company ZAO Tehnika Servis from Voronjeze and Dragan Rodic, has time until 4 PM on Wednesday, December 24, to submit new supplemented documentation.
As it was announced on November 17, that consortium was the only bidder on the tender for sale of FKL, but, since its documentation was incomplete, it was given deadline until November 28 to supplement the documentation.
The tender for sale of 63% of capital of the Temerin-based company, which produces and sells bearings for vehicles, agricultural machines, building machines and mining equipment, was announced in July 2008.
The products of FKL are exported to the countries of Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
The factory’s net profit in 2007 amounted to about 7.5m RSD and the factory had 561 workers.
