Judging by the trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday (December 3, 2008), former famous cosmetic company "Dahlia" from Zemun has the new owner – Belgrade-based company "Beohemija", which purchased all state-owned stocks of company "Dahlia" in the previous period and, thus, became the owner of 49.42% of capital.
By the way, exactly 86,581 stocks of company "Dahlia" changed the owner on Wednesday. That is the number of stocks that were owned by Enver Muhović, former majority owner of this factory, with whom the Privatization Agency broke the sales contract. Muhović returned these stocks to the state and to the Share Fund, which has been successively selling them on the Stock Exchange in the previous period. They have all been bought by Belgrade-based "Beohemija" so that it is expected that this company will now buy all the remaining stocks of "Dahlia".
"Novosti" did not get the official confirmation of transaction from "Beohemija" on Wednesday, but the real situation will be probably known today, following the insight into the data of the Central Securities Registry.
Trading in stocks of "Dahlia" on Wednesday was worth over 35m RSD and the stocks were sold at the price of 410 RSD per stock. That is also the price at which the Share Fund of Serbia was selling the stocks.
