Privatization Agency signed the contract on sale of 70% of public assets of company Veterinarian Institute from Zemun with Consortium Zekstra – Bankom. According to contract, buyer Zekstra-Bankom obliged to pay the price of € 9.1 million, to invest € 4.38 million within next five years and accept obligations from social program unconditionally.
