Although it is not official owner, "MK Group" started to supply Kopaonik-based hotels with crude oil

"MK group", the only company that was interested in procurement of "Genex" hotels on Kopaonik mountain, will soon become the official owner of these hotel capacities and Miodrag Kostić has already started to invest in this complex and to run it.

According to the Law, the signing of the contract on purchase of "Genex" hotels can be postponed until February. Since he did not want to waste this season because the hotels were not ready for winter, the future owner has decided to “enter the property”. "MK group" has officially confirmed that it signed the contract on business-technical cooperation with "International CG", was approved by the Privatization Agency.

- MK’s investments are going to make it possible for the forthcoming winter season to be more successful because the privatization process prevented the facilities of "Grand" and "Konaci" from being prepared for reception of guests on time – people in this company confirmed.

Unofficially, the hotels (with four stars) have no crude oil for winter, they are facing problems with plumbing and sewerage, broken TV sets and refrigerators, modest room inventory, etc. In addition to procurement of small inventory, equipment and crude oil, the future owner will also invest in the equipment for personnel, enhancement of quality of services, organization of lodging capacities.

- In that way, we are going to create conditions that will make it possible for the forthcoming winter season to be successful and for the capacities to be prepared for guests – said the people in "MK group".
