Serbian-Austrian consortium - advisers in privatization of "JAT Tehnika"

The Privatization Agency has recently signed the contract on procurement of consulting services in the privatization procedure of "JAT Tehnika” Ltd. Belgrade.

These services will be provided by the consortium of companies "Meinl Capital Advisors AG” Austria, "Factis” Belgrade and Lawyer's office Tomislav Šunjka.

JAT Tehnika is, most certainly, one of the big brands of Serbia. It realized several exceptionally interesting contracts related to investment works on aircrafts of numerous foreign companies in 2008, among which are: "Sterling" from Denmark, "Jet2.com" from Great Britain, "Femar Spa" from Italy, "European Aviation Air Charter Ltd" from Great Britain, "Transaero", "Atlant-Soyuz", "S7" and "Sky Express" from Russia, "ČSA" from Czech Republic...
