Srbobran-based factory "Agroplastika" with 100,000 square meters of building land and lake within complex for sale

Agency "IMC-Xdiplomatic" has offered Srbobran-based factory "Agroplastika", with complete recycling and polyethylene production machines, for sale.

The administrative building at 500 square meters, the set of machines for regeneration of polyethylene, extruder-billons of 90 KW, mill, laundry, mixer and two regenerators are also offered for sale.

The factory owns 100,000 square meters of building land with its own substation, and there is also a lake within the complex, while the Krivaja river is in the vicinity of the lot.

"Agroplastika" is 500 meters away from Novi Sad – Subotica regional road and 3.5 km away from Novi Sad – Subotica highway.

This factory applies ecological standards to production and it produces no waste.
