First phase of reconstruction of Railway station "Dimitrovgrad" finished – completion of 2.42m EUR worth of investment in June 2009

Company "Serbian Railways" has announced today (December 1st, 2008) that the first phase of works on reconstruction and adaptation of Railway station "Dimitrovgrad" has been finished.
According to the announcement, the complete reconstruction and adaptation of the border Railway station "Dimitrovgrad" should be finished prior to June 15, 2009.
The value of the entire project is about 2.42m EUR and it is financed from the funds from the donation of the European Agency for Reconstruction.
The works on reconstruction and adaptation of the common border Railway station of "Serbian Railways" and "Bulgarian National Railways” are carried out by Belgrade-based building company "Standard".
