Hotel Vucko in Jahorina up for sale

Hotel Vucko in Jahorina will be put up for an auction sale on March 23 in the premises of the Basic Court in Sokolac. The hotel's property and the accompanying land has been evaluated by the court at around BAM 5.14 million (EUR 2.62 million).

The land underneath the hotel and the hotel building of 1,300 m2 are the objects of the sale. The sale entails the garage and the yard with 1,222 m2, as well as 4,483 m2 of a parcel featuring a boiler room, a substation, a fuel reservoir, as well as a ski-rental and grazing land.

As stated in the Decision on the Sale of Real Estate by the Basic Court of Sokolac, at the first sales hearing, the real estate is available at a half of the court-determined value.

– The enforcement procedure was initiated by Addiko Bank Banjaluka against the company Vucko for the purpose of the collection of claims of around BAM 11.27 million – the decision says.

The sale was advertised by Heta Asset Resolution.
