Two bids for purchase of "Prva petoletka"

- Two bids that meet qualification terms have been submitted on the tender for sale of 70% of capital of Trstenik-based Industry of hydraulics and pneumatics "Prva petoletka" – Privatization Agency announced.

The bids have been submitted by the consortium of companies "Lvivsky Avtobusni Zavody" Ltd (LAZ) from Ukraine and "City Transport Construction Investments" Ltd. and the consortium of Russian companies "Bummass" and "TG Rosmasstorg".

The tender documentation was also bought by Russian company "EDS Holding", but that company did not submit the obligatory offer.

The Privatization Agency will, in association with the privatization adviser, evaluate the bids within 30 days and present them to the tender committee.

The tender for sale of "Prva petoletka" and its 13 dependent companies was announced in July 2008. That was the third tender for sale of that company because there were no bids on the first two tenders.
