If you love to jog and you also care for the environment, you should have no problem accepting the concept of plogging. It includes running, but also cleaning, allowing you to pick up garbage while jogging.

The concept originates in Sweden, and the idea is to take care of the environment while jogging by collecting waste.

The trend began two years ago, and the Swedish soon raised it to a new level by founding plogging clubs throughout the country. It soon spread, primarily thanks to an ocean cleaning campaign. Australian actor Chris Hemsworth joined in, promising to help clean 100 world islands.

Plogging has become popular in many countries, especially in Great Britain, but also in France, which features a Paris-based community named PloggingFrance.
