Russian "Mirax" interested in Airport "Tivat"

- "Mirax Group" is interested in taking over Airport "Tivat" - said Vječeslav Lejbman, the CEO of that Russian company for the Balkans.
When Montenegrin journalists visited "Mirax Group" in Moscow, Lejbman said that the company was ready for any type of cooperation with the state concerning Airport "Tivat" (takeover, lease, refurbishment or something else).
- "Mirax" is willing to do everything with the help of its experts - said Lejbman.
Speaking of "Mirax's" investments in Montenegro, he said that the company had got documents and building permits for development of complex "Astra Montenegro" at Zavala, so that there were no obstacles for the project to be finished around the agreed deadline, which was also the first phase of the project.
As far as the second phase is concerned, as he said, the company obtained the building permit.
- We will first build 39 villas and organize the lot, and then we are going to organize all necessary zones around the beaches and finish the projected infrastructure, so that I hope that the first tenants will move in their complexes in the next season - said Lejbman.
