Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Economy, Mlađan Dinkić, announced yesterday (November 18, 2008) that the country would approve 3,000 mortgage-free loans to new entrepreneurs in 2009.

- The entrepreneurs beginners will be obtaining loans under very favorable terms and with annual interest rate of only 1% - said Dinkić.
