Building of Ministry of Defense in 5 Birčaninova Street in Belgrade for rent – starting price - €58,000

Military Construction Center has announced advert for collecting of bids for rental of business-administrative facility in 5 Birčaninova Stret in Belgrade. At the moment, that building, popular «tower» with 13 floors, is home of the Ministry of Defense of SCG. Starting monthly rent is €58,000 for entire facility, whereas the maintenance and public utility expenses will be specially regulated by the contract on rent. The building will be rented on period of 5 years with possibility of the contract extension.
