Call for financing additional employee training placed – National Employment Service to provide RSD 100,000 per trainee

The National Employment Service has placed a call for employers to take part in the program of financing additional employee training, realized for the purpose of having workers acquire additional knowledge and skills to the end of enhancing competence and expanding knowledge.

In line with the regulations of allocation of state aid, as said, and within the funds available for the realization of the training, the National Employment Service may provide 25% of the total justified costs to employers for the purpose of special professional development (acquiring partially or fully non-transferrable knowledge and skills) and no more than RSD 100,000 per trainee, or 60% of the total justifiable costs of general professional development (knowledge and skills transferable to other business entities and activities), again, in the amount of up to RSD 100,000 per trainee.

Employers with up to 5 employees may include one employee in the training program, those with 6 to 14 employees may include two, and those with 15 and more employees may include the number of employees not exceeding 20% of the total number in the training.
