Property of company "MB Agroruma" for sale on December 18 - starting price of 1.1 billion RSD

The property of company "MB Agroruma", which is in bankruptcy, will be offered for sale on December 18 at the starting price of 1.1 billion RSD.

According to the ad, the deposit for participation in public auction amounts to 492.3m RSD and the deadline for submission of applications for participation is December 15th.

The most important property of company "MB Agroruma" is the factory for treatment of fruit and vegetables and fodder factory, as well as slaughterhouse, silo and kiln and two mills.

The company also owns agricultural land, five farms, orchards, office space and residential space in Ruma.
