Only one bid has been submitted on the tender for sale of building company "Mostogradnja" and that bid came from the consortium of companies "Pillar" from Kragujevac and "Zarubezhstroytechnology" from Russian Federation.

According to the announcement of the Privatization Agency, the Tender commission should evaluate the bid and estimate whether the offer meets the criteria.

That is the second tender for sale of 53.3% of capital of "Mostogradnja", which was announced in July 2008.

The first tender for "Mostogradnja" was announced in November 2007 and it was unsuccessful because there were no obligatory bids although the tender documentation was bought by Belgrade-based company "Alpine" and Austrian "Strabag".

All companies that are in civil engineering business for the last three years and whose incomes in 2007 exceeded 350m EUR, as well as companies that develop bridges and whose incomes in 2007 exceeded 150m EUR, were free to bid on the tender.
