Privatization of Mladenovac-based "Keramika" finished - consortium of "Inter Gas" and "Oil BG" became owner of 65% of capital

By purchasing 65% of capital, the consortium of "Inter Gas" and "Oil Bg" has become the majority owner of "Keramika" Mladenovac.

At the Assembly of stockholders of "Keramika", which was held on November 12, 2008, the members of the new Administrative Board were selected: Danail Kolov, Aleksandar Pantović, Branko Vuksan, Ljubica Stanojković and Branislav Jovanović.

Aleksandar Pantović was appointed the President of the Administrative Board, while Branko Vuksan, who presented basic directions of further development of "Keramika" Mladenovac, became the Director General.

He said that the company would invest minimum 3m EUR in modernization and automation of production of sanitary ceramics and smoke pipes within the next 18 months in order to increase the volume of production and enhance quality.

The strategy for further development will be directed to hiring of expert staff and meeting of global standards, which will enable constant growth and development, as well as expansion to new markets.
