Beko, Mišković and Radulović to buy C market

Unexpected turn of events related to the sale of "C market" lies in the fact that three businessmen - Miroslav Mišković, Milan Beko and Slobodan Radulović – will buy this, the biggest, trade chain in Serbia. Such agreement was presented at the meeting in "Delta". On that occassion, its owner, Miroslav Mišković, said to the stockholders that the official buyer would be "Primer Ce", of which founder was Slobodan Radulović, general director of "C market". Last September, this company gave offer for takeover of stocks of the trade company in order to save itself from the "enemy" procurement by Slovenian "Mercator".

Beko, Mišković and Radulović will purchase 25 - 76% of stocks, i.e. all stocks owned by minor stockholders. The guaranteed price is 25,500 CSD per stock. They will give their official offer in two or three days. In the meantime, the court decision on temporary stoppage of trade in stocks will be cancelled.

Branko Pavlović, the councillor of the Association of Stocholders of "C market" that gathers owners of 51.5% of stocks, said that that procurement would be the real thing because the model of sale of share of "C market" had been legally endangered. The interests of stockholders are not endangered by this change because "Delta" obliged to purchase entire package at price of 25,500 CSD per stock. "The money will be provided by "Delta" and procurement will be carried out through the offer for takeover", Pavlović said.

That means that new company KPACM will not be founded and that the contracts on sale of its share, i.e. transformed stocks of "Delta", become invalid. Mišković obliged to return the money to all those who already paid for their notarization.
