"Balius Transway" still interested in takeover of STUP "Vršac"

- Ukrainian-English company "Balius Transway" has not given up the procurement of TRansportation Tourist Service Company (STUP) "Vršac" - said Nusret Vesnić, the President of the Association of minor stockholders of the Vršac-based company.

- The representative of Ukrainian-English company said to the stockholders that, due to current economic situation, there were certain problems with money transfer, but he also said that the transfer would start very soon in order for them to be able to announce the bid for takeover - said Vesnić.

Association of minor stockholders, which owns about 73% of stocks of STUP, and the owner of "Balius Transway" agreed two months ago that that Ukrainian-English company should set aside about 8.7m EUR for all 36,288 stocks of the Vršac's company, which means that the price per stock amounts to 240 EUR.
