Nišekspres produced NIBUS 100 – the first bus for city transportation at price of €140,000

At the beginning of August, the streets of Niš saw the first articulated bus «NIBUS 100» produced in the factory of «Niš ekspres». So far, this factory has produced 720 buses for passenger transportation and this is the first time that it produced bus intended for city and suburban transportation. Besides, the new technology of production of buses equipped with eco-engine has been introduced to Serbia. New articulated bus is the result of cooperation between two successful companies, «Niš ekspres» and «Philip Morris». This prestigious company set aside €140,000 for production of that type of bus. The bus is almost silent in the street because it makes noise of less than 80 db. The engine is ecological and belongs to EURO 3 class of engines. This bus 18 m long represents the ideal solution for city transportation because it has big capacity and ideal comfort for transportation in the city. The bus can hold 160 passengers at the time.
