Czech "Mitas" took over company "Rumaguma"

Czech company "Mitas" has recently taken over former factory "Rumaguma" from US tire manufacturer "Galaxy".

From now on, the pneumatics for heavy vehicles, agricultural machines and building machines produced in Ruma will bear "Mitas" sign.

The new owner of the factory, which is European leader in production of tires for agricultural machines, intends to deliver a part of new production equipment to Ruma and to maintain the production of tires at the level of 15,000 tons next year, which should bring total incomes of 40m EUR, 35m EUR of which is the value of export.
