Triglav Osiguranje considering acquisition of Alta?

Triglav Osiguranje is considering a takeover of Alta, seebiz.eu reports, citing Slovenia’s Delo, which claims to have received the information from well-informed sources.

As said, Triglav Osiguranje was unable to discuss this for Delo, as they are obliged not to by strict financial instrument market regulations.

– In the strategy for the period until 2020, we have set our activities in the direction of growth and development of the group. Our strategic orientation includes organic growth, but we do not exclude potential acquisitions either. In this year’s plan we announced that we would still be actively following the opportunities provided in the process of consolidation in the sector of property management in the region – Triglav says.
