Nominations for Best from Serbia awards begin – Application deadline February 6

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia has invited businessmen to nominate their companies and brands for the prestigious Best from Serbia award.

The CCIS, in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, is organizing the Best from Serbia awards for the thirteenth time, and the best merchandise and corporate brands will be selected in 24 categories this year. Among them are three new ones – Best Hotel in Serbia, Best Small Tourist Accommodation in Serbia and Best Organic Product from Serbia.

– This traditional effort of the CCIS and the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications raises visibility of local brands, and the award, which has been handed out in various categories to 312 recipients since 2004, has become a measure of success and market recognition. Following modern trends and demands of the market, the Best from Serbia program has been updated, both in terms of methodology and categories, as well as regarding interaction with the participants and consumers, as the procedures of application and voting have been considerably simplified – the CCIS says.

The criteria are defined by a special methodology, which entails an analysis of market-financial parameters, consumer, business partner and expert votes, as well as ratings by the jury.

– The jury consists of representative of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Economy, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and prominent experts from the world of marketing, communications and media and consumer protection. The voting begins in mid-February – the CCIS points out.

Since 2004, when the Best from Serbia program was first organized, over 1,700 brands have been nominated, the CCIS adds.

Participation is free, and the application and the voting are conducted online at www.najboljeizsrbije.com. Information will also be available on the official social network profiles of the program and the CCIS.
