The biggest "Mercedes-Benz" center in this part of Europe opened in Krnješevci, at 25,000 square meters - investment worth 10m EUR

In association woth mother company "Daimler AG", "Mercedes-Benz SCG" has opened the largest and the most modern Commercial vehicles center "Mercedes-Benz" in this part of Europe in industrial zone Krnješevci, in which about 10m EUR was invested.

The facility whose surface is 4,210 square meters is built at the space of 25,000 square meters, about 25 km away from Belgrade, on the Belgrade-Zagreb highway. This multifunctional space unites sales and servicing for new freight, delivery and pickup vehicles; used freight, delivery and pickup vehicles; service station; regional logistic and distributive center; spare parts and equipment; as well as regional training center.

Commercial Vehicles Center "Mercedes-Benz" Belgrade is built and equipped according to the latest technical and technological standards defined by "Mercedes-Benz" and European Union, and they are completely in accord with the global enviromental standards and the environmental norms of Republic of Serbia. As such, this center represents an example of "environmental friendly" facility in the region.

The workshop, at 1,340 square meters, is equipped with complete standard and special tools, special diagnostics and state-of-the-arts equipment, by "Daimler" standards, for all relevant models from the commercial product portfolio of "Mercedes-Benz" and "Mitsubishi Fuso Canter".

All 15 diagnosticians, electricians and mechanics, 5 reception officers and the chief of the workshop have passed all required training courses, which are necessary for professional work.

Training Center

Currently the most modern and the best equipped Training center of the kind in our market has been formed within the Post-sales sector for the sake of education of expert personnel of the authorized "Mercedes-Benz" dealers network. The Training center occupies about 540 square meters and it consists of two classrooms for theory classes, which are equipped with video projectors and other necessary technical appliances, and three premises for practical classes, which are completely equipped with jacks, diagnostic instruments and other servicing equipment that is necessary for practical training.

Besides, the Training center is also equipped with the instruments for satellite broadcast of so-called "Akubis" training courses, which are broadcast directly from Stuttgart-based "Global Training Center" by the principle of video conference. Both technical and non-technical training courses are organized in the Training center.

Technical training, of which aim is to train and improve technical knowledge of the service staff for maintenance and overhaul of "Mercedes-Benz" passenger commercial vehicles, includes training courses in field of electronics, diagnostics and mechanics.

Post Sales Sector - Service Department

In case of any problem experienced by an owner of "Mercedes-Benz" vehicle, "Call Center" is available 24 hours a day and it will provide assistance for every unplanned situation in the country and abroad. For the needs of the road assistance, every authorized service center owns a service vehicle with complete equipment for repair of small car failures.

In addition, the Post Sales Sector is also dedicated to continuous enhancement of quality of services within the authorized service network for the sake of improvement of the process of procurement of service equipment and special tools. The team of the Post Sales Sector is to provide all types of technical assistance to authorized service centers and diagnosticians in case of complex failures. Since all diagnostic instruments in our market are networked, there is possibility of direct remote connection to the diagnostic instrument of the authorized service center during the car failure diagnostics.

Logistic-distributive center

The logistic-distributive center is situated in the vicinity of the Commercial Vehicles Center and it is an integral part of the Post Sales Sector of "Mercerdes-Benz SCG".

Original spare parts for all types of "Mercedes-Benz" vehicles are stored in the central warehouse of "Mercedes-Benz SCG".

The logistic-distributive center is connected via direct computer link with both warehouse for spare parts in the Commercial Vehicles Center and central storage space for spare parts "Global Logistic Center" in Germany, which supplies services centers all over the world with the spare parts and auxiliary equipment.

The working hours of the Logistic-distributive center is 8 AM - 6 PM on working days and 9 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays.

The working hours of the Commercial Vehicles Center is 8 AM - 6 PM on working days and 8 AM - 1 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
