Commencement of registration and payment of units of Erste balanced fund

The investment funds management company Erste invest in Serbia has invited people in Serbia to start registering and paying for the units of balanced investment fund Erste balanced.

That will be the first investment fund of Austrian Erste GRoup in Serbia and the third balanced fund in Serbian market where 13 funds operate at the moment.

According to the announcement of Erste Invest, the initial sale of investment units at the price of 1,000 RSD will last until November 8, 2008.

Fund Erste balanced will operate as a balanced fund, which means that it has modest potential for returns and low level of risk thanks to the balanced structure of the portfolio that is less liable to turbulences in financial markets.

The investment funds management company Erste invest was founded by Austrian banking group Erste at the end of August 2008. Erste group runs total of 350 funds in Europe whose property is estimated to 45 billion EUR.
