United Group B.V, one of the leading operators of cable and Pay TV network in southeast Europe, has announced the sale of Totalna Televizija Croatia.

The group announced the liquidation of its side activities in Croatia in the form of the sale of the 100% share in the company Total TV BV.

With this transaction, the Dutch United Group fully withdraws from the Croatian market of the distribution of Pay TV services, which will enable a greater focus on the distribution of capital resources for the group's core activities.
