FAP ready for new tender - restructuring process finished in the largest company in Priboj

- The restructuring process in Automobile Factory Priboj (FAP), which lasted for several years, has finally been finished, so that it is expected that the Privatization Agency will soon announce new tender for selection of the strategic partner for the largest enterprise in Municipality of Priboj - said the people from the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Užice.

The representatives of FAP have presented the product portfolio for public utility and transportation companies in the premises of the Chamber.

The hopes of the management of FAP to find the strategic partner have been increased after the recent visit of the President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, to Germany where the possibility of cooperation between Serbian and German companies, among which is "Mercedes-Benz", was announced.

Several business delegations from China, Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine visited FAP in the last few years and, after the announcement of "prequalification tender" by Privatization Agency last month, the interest was expressed by two "serious multinational companies".
