Bulgarian lev and Romanian leu in exchange offices in Serbia from February 1

As stated in the press release, the Bulgarian lev and the Romanian leu will be included on the list of foreign exchange currencies and effective foreign money banks can trade with, as well as on the list of effective foreign money authorized exchange offices and public postal operators can buy and sell in the Serbian foreign exchange market.
The Bulgarian currency will carry the code BGN and the numeric tag 975, whereas the Romanian currency will carry the code RON and the numeric tag 946.
The NBS Executive Board also reached the decision enabling foreign exchange trade with the Hungarian forint, the Polish zloty, the Czech koruna, the B&H convertible mark and the Croatian kuna, currencies which could only be traded as effective foreign money until now.
These decisions, reached by the NBS Executive Board on Thursday, January 11, 2018, come into effect on February 1, 2018, the press release says.
