Consortium "Clear Vision Investments & Lilly Drogerie" to buy IMR

- The consortium of Belgrade-based companies "Clear Vision Investments & Lilly Drogerie" has submitted the only bid for purchase of Industry of Engines Rakovica (IMR) in Belgrade - Privatization Agency announced.

The tender documentation was also bought by two Bulgarian companies and one from Belgrade, but none of them submitted the obligatory bid.

That was the third tender for sale of 90% of capital of IMR in restructuring, which was announced in November 2007 and extended four times.

IMR has about 860 workers and it is the owner of 22.3 ha. It produces diesel engines, tractors and spare parts, while the company's total capital is estimated to about 28m EUR and the debt at about 33m EUR. IMR's incomes in 2007 amounted to 407m RSD, while expenses were 858m RSD.
