Tito’s villa for sale

Exclusive villa in Igalo, which was built for Josip Broz, will be put for sale in autumn. The Government of Montenegro will announce tender for sale of State-owned stocks of the Institute, part of which is Tito’s villa. Tender documentation will be ready after the vacations.

The companies from Norway, Slovenia, Hungary and America are interested in privatization of the Institute.
Tito’s villa was used as exclusive tourist capacity after Tito’s death and it was mainly rented. At the moment, it is rented to a certain agency from Russian and about 20 rich Russians are settled in it.
