Russians want to buy meat-packing industry Srem-Šid?

Meat-packing industry is in the middle of intensive talks with Russian partner on privatization. Potential buyer is willing to purchase 70% of stocks from employees at price of 4,000 CSD per stock, to pay everything this industry owes to its workers, after which 500-900 workers would start the production. However, the Russians mentioned that in case number of stocks offered by employees was not satisfying, the sale would be declared unsuccessful.
