Another Lidl supermarket in New Belgrade

The supermarket chain Lidl is to build a retail outlet on the corner of the Vojvodjanska Street and the Dr Ivana Ribara Street in New Belgrade.

The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Belgrade has put the urban plan for the construction of a Lidl supermarket in the said location up for public review. It will be available each work day from 9 am till 3 pm until December 21. The plan was prepared by Angosta Belgrade.

As stated in the ad placed by the Secretariat, the Lidl supermarket will be located on the parcel formed from the parcels KP 4806/29 and KP 6704/3 KO. Let us remind that this plot of construction land was bought for close to RSD 220 million by Energoinvest Group in November.

The first Lidl outlets in Serbia are expected to open in 2018.
