New valuation for PKB – Ministry of Economy to define model of privatization for Azotara and Petrohemija

State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Dragan Stevanovic, says that models of privatization for Azotara and Petrohemija are being defined, and that a new valuation of PKB is expected as well.

He clarified that there was a special work group for Azotara and Petrohemija and that models of privatization were currently being defined.

– Regarding PKB, a new valuation is expected. A decision on the best model of privatization is also expected – Stevanovic told RTS.

He added that PKB was a strategically important company, not just for Belgrade and its surrounding area, but for the whole of Serbia as well.

– It's important to us for good decisions to be made regarding these companies, which generate both great profits and great problems – Stevanovic said.
