Russians bought 49.9% of "Ikarbus"

Russian "Avtodetal service" has become the owner of 49.4% of "Ikarbus" at the price of 48 EUR per stock. Although they did not become the majority owner, Russians will pass the magical 50% of capital by means of additional capitalization.

After the analysis in the Central Registry, the names of all those who sold their stocks in "Ikarbus" yesterday, and whether Miroslav Mišković and Miodrag Kostić are among them, will be known in two or three days.

According to the data provided by the Share Fund, 38,839 stocks owned by individual stockholders and 149,624 stocks owned by the Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, that is, total of 188,463 stocks, were sold yesterday.
