Priority in selection of strategic partner for RTB "Bor" to be given to companies interested in whole system

- Priority in selection of strategic partner for Mining-Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor" among 11 companies that submitted the letters of interest will be given to those companies that expressed interest in investments in the whole system of the largest manufacturer of copper and precious metals in Serbia - people in the Ministry of Economy explained.

Namely, certain companies have expressed interest only in some parts of RTB "Bor", which includes copper mines in Bor and Majdanpek, Smelter and refinery.
However, having in mind the value of their bids, as well as the references of the companies that submitted them, it will be no surprise if the consortium of privatization advisers suggests that the Copper Combine should have several strategic partners instead of only one.

It is also possible that the additional partners will be needed for surface and underground copper exploitation.
