Russian media on slowdown of development of gas pipeline that goes through Serbia - "Južni tok" in 2015

According to Russian daily newspaper "Vedomosti", the delivery of gas through Russian-Italian gas pipeline "Južni tok", which was supposed to start at the beginning of year 2013, may be postponed for minimum two years. Russian daily newspaper wrote that the source for that information was an internal document of the project contractor - Russian "Gazprom".

According to that document, which thoroughly describes development of the gas sector project prior to year 2030, gas pipeline "will be gradually put in operation between year 2015 and 2024".

The spokesperson of "Gazprom", Denis Ignjatijev, said that he could not give any comment on the news.
