"MK Group" took over another 1.88% of stocks of "Granexport"

Company "MK Group" has announced today (September 29, 2008) that it took over another 1.88% of capital, that is, 2,204 stocks of Pančevo-based food company "Granexport" for total of 22.4m RSD.

According to the web site of the Central Securities Registry (www.crhov.co.yu), "MK Group" thus increased its ownership share in "Granexport" to 97.77%.

The stocks were taken over on the basis of "MK Group's" offer for purchase of 100% of stocks of Pančevo-based production and trade company. This offer was open between September 3 and 23.

"MK Group" wanted to take over total of 4.11% of stocks of "Granexport" at the price of 10,171 RSD per stock and to become the only owner.

"Granexport's" incomes in 2007 amounted to 1.3 billion RSD, while the company's expenses were at 1.2 billion RSD.
