KMG Trudbenik building in Bulevar kralja Aleksandra under hammer - Initial price at EUR 4 m

KMG Trudbenik, bankruptcy manager at KMG Trudbenik, announced the sale of the company's office building in Kralja Aleksandra No. 79.

The property, which consists of an office building with a net area of 3.5 thousand square meters, is sold by public auction at the starting price of 477.4 million dinars (about 4 million euros).

All legal and natural entities who purchase sales documentation by December 20 2017 have the right to participate in the sale process.

Public auction will be held December 27, 2017 in the premises of the Agency for Licensing of Bankruptcy Managers.

The building is near former Depot, which was recently sold for EUR 4,15 m.
