Villa "Jadranka" in Herceg Novi has 6 stars now, hotel renovation to follow, investment of €5m exceeded

Villa «Jadranka», which is in the makeup of the complex in Herceg Novi, will be able to receive even the most demanding guests very soon. Six suites with jakuzzi, plasma TVs on the wall, luxurious bathrooms, belongs to the category «6 stars» and they do not lag behind the similar lodgings in the most luxurious hotels.

Hungarian company «Hungest hotels» that bought hotel complex «Topla» and «Centar» at the very coast in Herceg Novi two years ago has completed renovation of villa «Jadranka», wheras the renovation of the hotel with luxurious rooms, which will be intended for family tourism, is underway.

The renovation of the first half of the complex on about 30,000 square meters will be finished prior to the end of the year, while the completion of the second part is expected until the end of 2007. The money invested in construction and adaptation of hotel complex will much exceed amount of €5m from the contract. Hotel complex will have swimming pool, sports courts, parking lot, sand beach and marina until the end of the year 2006.
